Mr. Baxter has been practicing law in Indiana since 1986, and his practice focuses on business and contract litigation and personal injury. Mr. Baxter has advised a variety business entities concerning formation, operation and management issues. He has handled mutiple transactions involving sales of a business. He is a member of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, the Indianapolis Bar Association and the Indiana State Bar Association. He is a graduate of Indiana University School of Law, where he served as Associate Editor of the Indiana Law Review.

Mr. James has been practicing law in Indiana since 1992. He handles personal injury cases and insurance claims of all types. Prior to receiving his law degree, he worked for nearly eight years for United Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company. Throughout his time with United Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company, he progressed from a claims trainee to corporate counsel of United Farm Bureau with a particular emphasis on serious bodily injury and liability claims and contract interpretation. In his last year with United Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company, he co-authored their current series of nine (9) farm and dwelling contracts and their applicable endorsements. Besides the practice of law, Bob is also active with numerous Masonic organizations and is currently a high officer with the Murat Temple in Indianapolis, the largest Shrine temple in the United States. |

Ms. Rose started her professional career as a registered nurse earning a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Nebraska and a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Illinois in Chicago. After practicing nursing for 13 years in Nebraska, Chicago, Minneapolis, Minnesota and Evansville, Indiana, Ms. Rose attended law school and obtained her law degree from Indiana University in Indianapolis. Since 1989, she has been practicing law in Indiana.The combination of nursing and law is particularly advantageous in cases involving injury, medical malpractice, and other areas. Ms. Rose also handles a variety of family law cases. She belongs to The Association of Trial Lawyers of America and Indiana Trial Lawyers Associations and The American Association of Nurse Attorneys as well as other bar associations. Having once specialized in cardiovascular nursing, she frequently speaks to groups of nurses, physicians, EMT's about legal issues involving health care. |
